Edit on July 15th 2024: I contacted them regarding this issue and has refunded me the mistake made. Thank you very much for fixing this mistake. We would definitely be staying here again. Me and my coworker had a fantastic stay. The notes we got on our bed and the card from the room service was a nice touch. Do try the muffins they were tasty. But the reason for the one-star review would be for their Unexpected Check Out Fee's. Be aware of this if you stay at this hotel. I understand that we had checked out one day early (due to our jobs being finished earlier than expected) and it maybe custom for hotels just to charge the full one-night stay as the fee (We were ok with this). But to add on $62.99 as another unexpected check out fee on top of a room charge that's ridiculous. For anyone staying here, be aware if you need to check out early. As for us, me and my colleague will not be staying here again and will be letting other colleagues know to avoid this hotel. It's a shame, it was a nice hotel.
Great newish hotel in central Kitimat. Rooms were huge and clean and comfy. The complimentary muffins and coffee/cocoa machine in the lobby was great. And staff were always friendly and kind. This is where I'll stay any time I come back to Kitimat.

Great place to stay with really good rooms. The soundproofing is amazing and you can’t hear a thing. Front desk staff was really courteous and professional.
Had a great stay here for a wedding in Kitimat. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable and water pressure in shower good and strong. Amanda and Montana provided great customer service and the Chalet Restaurant across the street had a good breakie. Would stay again.
A really comfortable and central hotel to stay in while in Kitimat. Rooms were just what we needed and very comfortable and clean. I loved the complicated coffee and muffin area in the lobby and there was always someone at the front desk incase we had any questions.

The loo obby has a spectacular coffee machine that serves yummy yummy lattes, cappuccinos, mochas etc. The price was very affordable when we booked online. Room was nice and clean.
